Apple's Reuse and Recycle program will give you a $200 Gift Card for your old iPhone 4 that can be used to score a new iPhone 4S (under contract) for free.
The $200 value is for a phone in good condition. If there is damage to your device it will be worth less.
Pre-orders for the new iPhone 4S are set to start at 12:01AM PST October 7th.
Hit the link below to see how much Apple will give you for your iPhone 4.
I loved iPhone 4S........apple is not mad to Include all good features in iPhone 4S.....if it does so then what will be left for apple to manufacture the next year
This makes absolutely no sense. There's nobody that has had an iPhone 4 for two years, therefore there's no possible way for iPhone 4 users to get the iPhone 4s for the new contract price in $199. You would have to pay the price of the phone without contract
Folks like desparate and V-Tino seem not to realize that Apple's had a trade-in program for a while and that it has nothing to do with the 4S or sentiment about it:

The easy solution isn't always the most cost-effective, though. Gazelle.com and eBay Instant Sale both offer a lot more if you're willing to send in your phone using a pre-paid box and get your money a few weeks later after an assessment that's beyond your control. I've used gazelle.com without issue in the past and so wouldn't expect issues unless your phone isn't really in the stated condition.
They knew they messed up on this one! it's like on of those dealership that sent me a letter I'll give over retail for your S2000? yea right!
I just don't understand why didn't apple redesigned the iPhone 4?
Most people just used their upgrades to Iphone4..If it was a different design...
I would've bought it..I am out on this one..I'll wait till iPhone 5 comes out..
Siri function is cool thou.
Psshhhh HAH!...Apple is really trynna pull a fast one...the only way I would EEEEVER consider this option is if my trade in would GUARANTEE me a 4S @ launch...(str8 up trade)...its the LEAST they can do for the "AntennaGate" fiasco...smh
