Spotify to Launch in the U.S. Next Month?

Spotify, a popular music streaming service in Europe, has reportedly signed the remaining deals it needs for a U.S. launch, according to siliconvalleywatcher.com.
"We're signing the remaining deals as I speak," said Jonathan Forster, General Manager of Europe & Global Vice President of Ad Sales at Spotify, speaking at an Omnicom conference in London.
"We won't launch before July 5th," Mr Forster told SVW.
Spotify has reportedly agreed to a faster monetization strategy than it would like in order to get the labels on board. Currently, it has a both an ad supported service and a ten Euros per month ad free service.
