iPhone 4 Class Action Lawsuit Looks for Victims

Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff is currently investigating potential problems with the release of iPhone 4 for a possible class action lawsuit.

If you recently purchased the new iPhone and have experienced poor reception quality, dropped calls and weak signals, we would like to hear from you. Please call us toll free at (888) 285-3333, click "live chat" above to immediately speak with a KCR representative, or email us for more details.

ValleyWag notes that KCR is the same firm that filed a federal class action suit over deceptive "offer" ads in games like Mafia Wars and Farmville.

Steve Jobs recently hinted that a some sort of solution from Apple may be coming soon; however, so far the company's only advice is to hold it different.

Actually all is needed is for apple to rectify things ... that can only happen when apple returns to its roots ..when they used to listen to their customers ... and customer satisfaction was the priority ... at that time there was real genuine satisfaction with apple product .. not forced one ... that when apple created its real genuine fan base ... the same fan base that see apple lose its cool and turn into the dark side ... and feel really sad

If they release a defective product without proper testing first which doesn't do what it is meant to do then some action should be taken against them.

I wrote everyone I could regarding this issue, I even made a video and sent it to Steve Jobs. Yesterday I received a reply from him! From: Steve Jobs [mailto:sjobs@apple.com] Sent: Monday, June 28, 2010 6:17 PM To: Chris Johnson Subject: Re: Any help would be appreciated, thank you. My guess is that ATTs signal strength in your area is very weak, or you have a defective phone. Sent from my iPhone Thanks a lot Steve, so very helpful..... :(

I just do not understand. Apple sold 1.7 million iPhones in the first 3 days. 1.7 MILLION! Do people really expect all of them to be perfect? I have two phones that don't have the reception problem, yellow spots(which are supposed to go away?), or that problem that a guy did a video on when you put your finger on the divided areas. It's stupid, after the woman burned herself with some McDonald's coffee the whole US just went on a Law suit frenzy.

You have to understand, I also did not have reception problems with the whole antenna phenomena. I soon realized that it didn't affect me while at my home because i live so close to the cell tower, the cellular connection is always 5 bars. Once away from my home, away from the cell tower, i start having reception issues while holding the bottom antennas. How about you give that a try. I was also a disbeliever about the reception issues until i roamed around different areas in my city. People have to right to sue if they payed 200-300 $ on a product that will have to last them for the next 2 years. Apple, once again, fails to publicly address this issue.

Im sure you have that problem, just hold both bottom parts where it meets for a minute, and you'll see your signal go to 1.

Actually apple hasn't released any statement. All that's out is an email that's supposedly Steve Jobs. Nothing official. So this lawsuit is garbage unless apple officially announces it's held wrong and not a leaked email that for all we know could have been just a joke since we have little context into the peoples relationship.

With expectations so high and manufacturing 1.7 million of the BEST PHONES IN THIS EARTH, AND THEN SOME. Of course some issues and possible glitches are going to surface. That is why I always wait until all the commotion dies down to get my iPhones. And Get My iPhone 4 I will. THANK YOU STEVE JOB FOR INVENTING THE BEST PHONE ON THIS HERE EARTH. NO SMART PHONE COMPARES TO AN iPhone. HEY LETS START BLAMING THE DROP CALLS WERE THEY BELONG. iPhone is the BEST PHONE in this earth and everybody wants it and practically every body has one. Now lets see the cell towers are on over drive. Hey could that be the reason so many calls are being dropped because of the immense data being used all at once.lol Think on that.

Hey people dont know what they are doing...They are forgetting what Steve Jobs did for the world(and ofcourse for us!) by making such a wonderful phone and the ipad... which no one else would have...It is always a fact that this phone is far superior to any other expensive phones in the market..Then why make a fuss? If anyone doesnt like a phone, just dont buy it...thats all... Even steve said, you can go for android... so what the hell..? So letz never make that fragile man (see his fingers) nervous or sick coz we need more from him..
