Twidget, an iPhone app which puts Twitter on your lockscreen, has been updated for the 3.x firmware.
The application is available from the iSpazio Cydia repository and is authored by Plizzo.
When you download Twidget you will get an application where you can sign-in with your twitter account. Once that is done all you need to do is open Winterboard and select Twidget from the list. After your device resprings you will see all of your feeds in an interactive LockScreen.
