Check out this beautiful iOS 12 concept that features numerous new features including an always-on display, group FaceTime calling, Lock Screen complications, and more.
The concept was created by iupdateos with video animation by Andrew Vega and a Dark Mode by Maximos Angelakis.
A new Lock Screen features dynamic wallpapers, complications similar to the Apple Watch, and grouped Notifications. The Volume HUD has been simplified and moved to the top left for the iPhone X and to the top center for other devices.
A system wide Dark Mode and new wallpapers give the OS a fresh feel. Reminders has been redesigned with a flat new look and new emojis have been added to the keyboard.
Control Center and the App Switcher have been combined into one. Siri has been minimized and FaceTime has been updated with the ability to video call with up to four friends.
The new always-on display offers a minimalistic indicator at the top left that shows how many notifications you have. The time can be found at the bottom right and there's a button to quickly launch the flashlight at the bottom left.
Check out the video below and let us know what you think in the comments!
I want an iPhone that lasts at least 5-6 years. Samsung guys still with their galaxy 5 and it’s running great. But I will never join the dark side. Apple please don’t brick my iPhone. Expecting to have my iPhone X for 3 years at least.
Tell that to the one time they asked early iPhome 5 buyers what they wanted to see in the next iPhone and deliver it, plus it's new ideas they implement that users can adapt to or take concepts to make them better. Not really as sad as you think.
Quote something that they said themselves. At the very least they make the (stolen) features that's a part of non-jailbroken iOS and becomes an out of the box feature for future iPhones therefore not allowing access to hackers and losing security.
Dark mode looks good but let’s be honest. Will Apple ever incorporate it anytime soon? Probably not! That’s why I switched to Samsung. True I use to talk smack about Samsung. But now I’ve seen the light.
I'll have you know Apple has incorporated dark mode already, heck you can invert the colors on the screen for a long time. I see more lit their than I have with the other company that I still talk shit to not only because they're still unoriginal, but are still planning more ways to insult the company they are based off of and won't rest until everyone sides with this tactic. That's how far they are attempting to take this.
