Sales of the new iPhone X are not as strong as expected in the United States, Taiwan, Singapore and other markets, according to a new report from DigiTimes. Apple is predicted to sell 30-35 million units in 4Q17 and the same or slightly less in 1Q18.
Because of the iPhone X's weak performance, the upstream supply chain has been rumored that Apple is planning three new smartphones for 2018 with two using OLED displays and one LCD display, and the 3D sensing functionality may be more broadly used in these devices. Apple is also rumored to adjust its pricing for iPhone devices in early 2018 and has even started preparing a prototype iPhone with support of pre-5G features. However, Apple has not officially confirmed any of the rumors.
Apple began meeting demand for the iPhone X in the United States four days ago, delivering orders next day. At launch, shipping estimates were 5-6 weeks out.
Sources say that sales of the Apple Watch have been doing rather well. Shipments are expected to reach 27 million in 2018, higher than the previous forecast of 23-25 million.
Way too expensive. Apple fully crossed the line. It’s just not worth it to spend that kind of money when my iPhone 6 is still really good. Do I get £1250 worth of better phone? Not at all.
I bought all models of iPhone since begin from 3 till 7 plus but now I think all time why I should pay such a money anymore?
I bought Oneplus 5T and happy with it, Android has got so much better and very very very good prices too!
what the heck Apple? 🍏
It's just overpriced for most world markets—the equivalent of US$799 for the base model and US$899 for the top model would boost sales.
I'm expecting a price drop around March 2018 when Apple Marketing realizes this too.
It might be sold out but it’s possible the stores weren’t given much stock to begin. The phone is overpriced and the gesture controls seem like they would be an annoyance so I’m not surprised it isn’t selling as well as the regular iPhones.
I call bullshit on these purported news, it's sold out everywhere. Even carriers struggle to have some barely there stock, and it vanishes within a few hours. Stores had preorders when it was launched to never again been seen. Only the Apple Store offers a steady supply, let alone reasonable delivery estimates.

I've been reading bitching and whining on this website for years, since Jobs died, about how Apple is going down and Tim Cook is an idiot. And yet their sales go up and so does their stock. So maybe not so idiotic after all. People, just buy what you like and don't buy what you don't like. Simple.
Really?.......did you even ready the post? And with yesterday’s debacle about them slowing down older models FORCING us to upgrade to a new iPhone , makes their stocks fall. I’m Iphone for life but this makes me very angry.
If it ain't broken don't buy another, same iOS anyway one phone not doing anything so special. What a joke. Just up the price already to 2k for next year version.
What do you expected?in my country malaysia, iphone x cost you about myr 5600.with that a lots of money, you can buy something else more worth or pay your bills for one or two years.people nowadays buy smartphones not because its a requirements but because status.sick and disgusting
