Videos Founds in iOS 11 Beta Demonstrate New Gestures

Posted August 22, 2017 at 3:57am by iClarified
Videos found deep within the iOS 11 beta reveal new gestures for launching the App Switcher and Control Center.

Developer Guilherme Rambo says the videos are from May.

Yes, those videos are found deep within the iOS 11 beta image. Files are from May. They're probably from very early iOS 11 prototypes...

In the first video we see a swipe up gesture that activates the App Switcher.

In the second video, the Control Center is launched with a swipe left from the lockscreen.

It's unclear if Apple plans to use these gestures with its next generation iPhones; however, it's likely that there will be some navigation changes introduced alongside the new Home Bar.

Reminds me of a jailbreak tweak I used back in the day called Auxo 2. Where would they put camera, since you normally swipe left from Notification Center?
