Check out these early unboxing photos of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus posted by shuo0521 on Feng.
The images reveal that the Jet Black colored iPhone 7 will come in black box.
Apple's iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are now available for pre-order. The official release day is September 16th.
The iPhone 7 features an improved camera, an A10 Fusion processor, stereo speakers, no headphone jack, better battery life, a more colorful display, a touch sensitive Home button, and much more. Click here for additional details.
Take a look at the packaging below and let us know what you think in the comments!
It doesn't limit the phone in the slightest. It adds functionality without changing anything about the phone as I already said. If they had included it the phone would be the exact size and form it is now. All of the ports would be identical and one could still charge the phone through the Lightning port if they prefer and to use it while charging. Your point or argument has zero merit.
However, main gripe with the 7 is the lack of wireless charging. I love wireless charging but Apple hasn't had enough time to make their proprietary version as they do with everything. It's a real shame. No way I'm putting one of the wireless IQ charging cases on the jet black phone.
1. wireless charging is still proven to be just as fast as wired charging. 2. what's the difference if it still can't be used a certain distance away from the charger and still uses a wire. 3. use those Qi stickers. they allow wireless charging for iPhone, but you can actually use the phone standing up while the sticker lays down on the charger.
The point of wireless charging isn't about having faster charging, obviously. It's about the convenience, elegance and streamlined aesthetic of being cord-free. And no, I already implied that I'm not going to be using a case or some other inelegant accessory on an iPhone any longer. To do so takes away from one of the main differences of the product which is its superior build and materials. If you don't have an intelligent comment that adds to the discussion the don't bother.
Main point - adding wireless charging takes absolutely nothing away from the design and look of the phone but adds to its functionality if one so wishes to use the feature. All of the ports are identical and the phone can still be charged as it is now through a lighting cable.

iPhone 3GS was one of my fav phones ever. Steve Jobs (god rest his soul) knocked it out of the park. I had it in white though. It was a time when white phones were so hot.
Damn wtf everyone scared me off the jet black model but it looks really fresh and I wish I had pre ordered the jet black instead of the black.... What did y'all pre order?
Ok cool seems like a lot of people ordered the black. I ultimately made my own decision on the black vs. the jet black, but it seems like a lot of my fav you tubers r getting the black color too. I want to c the jet black in person and maybe I'll do an exchange. For now I'm happy with my decision, cause I couldn't stand tons of scratches 3 months into ownership.
