A Geekbench browser entry allegedly for the iPhone 7 reveals some significant performance gains over the iPhone 6s.
Spotted by MyDrivers, the entry has the iPhone 9,3 (iPhone 7) scoring 3379 on the single-core test and 5495 on the multi-core test. That's compared to the iPhone 6s with a 2392 single-core score and a 4031 multi-core score.
The benchmark shows an increase of 41% in single-core performance and 36% in multi-core performance for the iPhone 7.
Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 7 on September 7th. Make sure you follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for updates.
it only shows the A10 that running on 396mhz? if this is true then the final result will blows every single other device on this planet since iphone 7 is reported will be clock at 2.4ghz.
At this point after seeing how last year's IPhone being almost twice as fast as the latest Samsung Note 7, these benchmarks have very little meaning. The new batch of iPhones will be so fast it would take more than 2 years for Samsung to catch up.
