Smaller 4-inch iPhone Already in Production?

A new report from Nikkei claims that Apple has already started production of a smaller 4-inch iPhone. The much rumored device has been referred to as the iPhone 5se and 6c.
Apple is said to be targeting the device mainly at emerging markets.
According to officials, it has already started the production. Price is cheaper made outlook than the latest model of the big screen. Increase the user by selling mainly in emerging markets
Specs for the 4-inch iPhone 5se will reportedly include a faster A9 processor, an M9 chip with support always-on Siri, 1GB to 1.2GB of RAM, a 1624mAh battery, 16GB and 64GB storage options, NFC, Live Photos, and more.
Apple is expected to unveil the 4-inch iPhone at a press event in March.
