Concept Imagines a Full Screen iPhone [Video]

Posted October 31, 2015 at 5:48pm by iClarified
Check out this iPhone concept from DeepMind that imagines a device that can display images full screen.

The concept was created in collaboration with SvetApple and features the ability to enlarge photos past the typical display boundaries all the way to edges of the device.

That would a great feature, and I think a lot of people would like to have that capability.

What we really need is a good battery. All else is a fail and will probably have to be disabled if there is no real improvement in battery life without to exploding or something. Come on Apple you can do it.

Or use me. I'm not just a portable battery charger, but I make kinetic energy by the littlest movement possible and it charges your phone. It's like you are your phones energy and I'm like the size of a palm.

That's just as stupid to me as disabling features or apps on my phone. They're the ugliest and bulkiest things I've ever seen. It also limits my choices on cases because I can then only use them. It's a no win situation. Other phones have batteries that last at least three more times. What a concept.

How would you put a case on that? I thought that was the point of the edges.

Unless I'm missing something here, Iphones are capable of doing this already and have been for some time!

Does not exist yet for Apple to copy and innovate.

Why would we want it to exist?

I bet that it will have a digital look alike android home button and they will say " I pattented the circle home button" And then it will start all over again sueing Samsung.

Are you referring to the home button literally on the screen rather than the bezel (like the phone is on to see it)? Is that what you mean?

it's impossible to make something full front screen, but why bother? I will say though I like the design of the phone, but the name calling it 7c? I'm not trying to be nitpicking or anything, just asking why. All I hope for the next generation though is a 4-inch display and won't be too thin to eliminate side ports or the mute/silence switch.

Hopefully the 7 eliminates the thick bezels. Then the Plus would be perfect for one hand use.
