These are instructions on how to enable 4K video recording on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.
Step One Tap to launch the Settings app from your SpringBoard.
Step Two Scroll down and select Photos & Camera from the Settings menu.
Step Three Tap the Record Video button then choose 4K at 30 frames per second from list of options. Recording in 4K will take about 375MB of storage space per minute of video.
Step Four Notice that when using the video camera, there will now be a 4K indicator present.

Correction. In sure there's a setting to remove this feat feature so you can save battery. So in the end who gives a shit cause you can't use it or your phone will go dead.
