Apple has started shipping iPhone 6s pre-orders to customers for delivery on September 25th.
We were able to confirm shipment of our iPhone 6s pre-order using this trick on the UPS website. Our device departed Shenzhen, China on 09/19/2015 at 16:10 and arrived in Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong on 09/19/2015 at 18:09.

Talked to my ups guy about it and he said they are going to be getting to the warehouses early this week and will be held there and staged for delivery Friday.
