An observant user has posted a graphic in iTunes 12.2 that depicts the iPod touch, iPod nano, and iPod shuffle in new colors.
Following the release of iTunes 12.2 with Apple Music support yesterday, one MacRumors user has discovered graphics depicting iPods in colors not currently offered by Apple. The composite image of an iPod touch, nano, and shuffle is shown when setting up or restoring an iPod in iTunes.
The iPod touch is shown in a darker blue color, the iPad nano is shown in gold or beige color, and the iPod shuffle is in a brighter pink color.
Typically Apple updates its iPods in the fall but the company hasn't made in color changes in a couple years. We'll let you know if we hear more.
