18% of iPhone 6 owners say they will 'definitely' buy an Apple Watch and 11% say they will 'probably' purchase the device, according to a Credit Suisse survey.
That 18% would translate to roughly 35 million units; however, Credit Suisse believes that Apple will make just 20 million Apple Watches in 2015. That would suggest a supply shortage when the smartwatch goes on sale early this year.
Check out the chart below and let us know in the comments where you fall. Are you definitely buying the watch or definitely not?
I'd be interested once they make one that is as thin and light as my current watch. Anyone with overuse syndrome or carpal tunnel won't be able to deal with a clunky wearable like that. And it's ironic that as an apple user since Day 1, I hold them partially responsible for the conditions of my wrists.
I'll get it. This is just the beginning of wearable technology. Why wouldn't you want one. It is basic, but what can you expect? Everyone hating, how about you make a damn smart watch lol.
I will not comment on the poll results but i can tell you why i will not get Apple Watch: It looks ugly, battery life sucks, without iPhone it can't do much (because it is just a front end accessory), the (rumored) price is too high for accessory of this kind, they could made it thinner.
