iOS 8 Multiple User Concept for iPad [Video]

iOS 8 Multiple User Concept for iPad [Video]

Designers Tim Nikischin and Marc Philip Haesen have created a multi-user system concept for iOS 8. They note that iPads are often used by the whole family and usually it's not ideal for everyone to share the same content, bookmarks, mail, and more.

The video shows an iPad, on which you can already select the user on the homescreen. Login protection with password here sure would also be possible. If the user has logged in, he is located in its own system. He receives only its apps and his data. To continue managing the traffic of the iPad, the Notification Center gets another view. So you can show the user space used similar like in iTunes.

Take a look below...

Nice idea! I've been saying ios needs multiple account for years! But for someone who only uses the phone for himself, they could just use one account, or two if they like to separate work from home. As for the capacity, it would be awesome of you could choose the capacity for each user, like 2GB for kids user, 4GB for parents user, something like that. You guys ever notice there's no swearing and everything's calm as long as no Samsung people comment?

Nice video! Great work done! I hope Apple brings such a nice iPad function. Hopefully for the iPhone as well!

Nice feature but don't see how it would work regarding limited capacity.

It would be even better if it came with multiple icloud account support with all the content stored and I mean ALL.
