A model of the iPhone 6 has reportedly leaked from Elam, a Chinese case manufacturer. Nowhereelse.fr published a photo of the model which can be seen below.
Notably, the image resembles renders that have been recently created based on schematics that appeared in MacFan. You can check out those renders here and here.
Earlier today we reported that Apple is expected to equip the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 model with a 1334x750 326ppi display, a new A8 processor, 1GB of RAM, a bezel that is 10 to 20% narrower, a thinner 6.5-7.0mm body (iPhone 5s is 7.6mm thick), and a NFC chip. More details on the rumored specifications for both the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch device can be found here.
Why are some people so eager to see the new iphone if your happy with what you have?so inpatient! Kinda like Samsung/google waiting to see what apple has to offer.
That would be a strange resolution and would give some headaches to develop and update applications for it (the resolution).
The iPhone 5 resolution change was only vertical and only need extra pixels to "pad" the application to the new size, here the change will be both horizontal & vertical. :-/
I call BS on the resolution differences between 4.7" and 5.7"
My bet is they will BOTH be exactly the same at 1080p.
The HTC One is an example of a >1 year old phone with a 1080p 4.7" display.
