Apple Rolls Out Revamped AppleCare Support Site With 24/7 Live Chat

It was reported earlier this month that a revamped AppleCare site would be launching soon with 24/7 chat along with other enhancements to help customers identify their issue faster.
It was rumored these features would go live August 12, but they actually launched today, two weeks later than originally anticipated. The new site brings up product categories with large icons for users to pick and quickly identify their issue along with a new, simpler interface.
With the new site, users can quickly get access to an AppleCare agent, where as the older AppleCare site would usually send you to support documents before giving you the option to reach out to an agent.
24/7 chat allows customers with any issue to be able to reach out to an Apple agent at any time of the day as well.
Reportedly, the revamped site is still not live for some, and Apple is continuing to roll out the service to all customers during the next few days.
