iOS Push Notifications Routed to Google Glass [Video]

Posted May 22, 2013 at 6:40pm by iClarified
iOS developer Adam Bell has managed to hack iOS push notifications to forward any notification to Google Glass.

Just a quick demo of iOS Push Notifications and Google Glass. Glass's connectivity with iOS is a bit lacking, so I added push notification forwarding as a neat hack. This requires Jailbreak, however hopefully Google will make something happen!

Check out the video below for the demo. Bell is also the developer behind the system-wide Facebook chat heads tweak for iOS called MessageBox.

Seriously people! This isn't a hack! It's a tweak that forwards push notifications to Glass! The phone sends it to Glass! The glass does not intercept the phone's connection with the internet!

... And this is why i would be concern using this "Push" service. Doesn't seem secure. - my personal opinion.
