iCloud Sign In and iTunes Store Are Down for Some Users

Apple is experiencing an outage that is affecting iCloud Sign In and the iTunes Store. The issue has been ongoing for over two hours but only affects some users.
The company has confirmed the outage on its System Status page as you can see in the image below...
