Apple has begun selling refurbished models of the iPad 4 and iPad mini on its online store.

$449 - Refurbished iPad with Retina display Wi-Fi 16GB - White (4th generation)

You should make some of your ipad minis way cheaper like the white and silver $207.00 and the black one $200.00 please please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more people will buy your products and other stuff that you have.The point is lower all your iPads and ipad minis all the other stuff you have bye just tell me if you do that

Refurbished doesn't mean crappy. You could argue the other way around: Even partially used means, it's burned in and will likely last longer than a completely new device. Servers that lasted for multiple years will likely last even longer. Well known truth between admins. Beside of that I bought several refurbished devices. Never had any issues and they work perfect even after >2 years.
